Returns Policy

Must be returned within 14 days of receipt

We supply goods to your requirement, occasionally the part may not be compatible with your equipment. In this case we will accept returns providing they have not been used or had any alterations made to them. However, you will have to arrange for the safe return of the parts and we will refund the cost of the parts less the original carriage charge unless sent free postage; in this event a restocking charge will be incurred of a minimum £7.50, depending on the part/s.

In the unlikely event of a faulty item, a full refund will be made.

If you are returning the goods, please ensure that they are adequately packed and returned by a Tracked Method to avoid loss. Only goods we actually receive will be credited.

If goods are received in a damaged condition you must sign for them as damaged.  If they are not signed for as damaged we can not accept responsibility for replacements, due to the terms and conditions imposed on us by our carrier 

ALL SHORTAGES OR DAMAGES MUST BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 5 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS
